在您使用CiaoAI系統平台時，您需要承諾：
1、遵守包括但不僅限於國家的各種法律、法規、政策以及可適用的國際條約或公約規定；如交易標的為數字貨幣，需保證其經營主體、經營活動、用戶等均不在中華人民共和國大陸境內，否則我方有權無條件終止服務並向有關部門舉報！
2、遵守所有與本服務有關的合同、條款、公告或者其他形式的約定：CiaoAI系統僅可用於美股、港股、數字貨幣、黃金貴金屬等衍生品的流動性輔助、做市、套利、常規買賣交易、市值維護等正規需求，為交易輔助系統，僅對交易標的進行正常買賣與重複性操作，與交易標的物本身無直接關係。用戶在使用CiaoAI系統時，需保證不得涉及操縱市場、非法集資、傳銷、詐騙等不合規、不合法用途，用戶保證不得違反中華人民共和國及用戶所在地相關法律法規。
3、確保您在註冊和使用CiaoAI系統平台時所填寫的註冊信息真實有效。
4、確保您的APIkey綁定IP，如因不綁定IP造成的資產損失將由您自行承擔！請重新檢查您的IP綁定，做您的資產安全的第一負責人；机器人只是第三方工具，并不掌握、拥有您的任何资产，因此任何apikey、私钥泄露导致的资产安全问题，CiaoAI不承担任何责任。
5、機器人到期後如不繼續使用，請盡快更改或刪除APIkey等隱私信息，確保賬戶安全，如因為及時更改或刪除而導致的資產損失，CiaoAI將不予承擔；
6、不得利用CiaoAI系統平台進行包括但不僅限於存儲、傳播任何反動的、反社會的、侵害國家安全的、具有賭博性質的、騷擾性的、中傷他人的、辱罵性的、恐嚇性的、庸俗淫穢的或其他任何非法的信息資料；
7、不以任何形式危害未成年人；
8、不得試圖利用CiaoAI系統平台進行任何不利於CiaoAI系統平台的行為；
9、確保您上傳和存儲數據的安全性，例如不帶有病毒、木馬和其他有害程序；
10、您對您或者您的成員在CiaoAI系統平台上所接入的設備、存儲的數據資料以及所有操作行為負有獨立的法律責任。
11、CiaoAI系統為參數化自定義輔助交易系統，所有策略、參數均為用戶自行設定，CiaoAI僅提供技術輔助系統與API接入而不干預、不涉及用戶的參數與策略設定，對用戶的策略不知情、不干預、不洩露。
如果CiaoAI系統平台發現您違反上述條款的約定，或者接到第三方的投訴舉報後，有權根據情況採取相應的處理措施，包括但不限於立即終止服務或刪除相應信息（不退還服務費用）等，同時將向相關部門舉報，積極配合有關機關各類調查。
CiaoAi系統堅持合法合規，如有發現用戶在使用CiaoAI的過程中存在違規行為，歡迎舉報，舉報郵箱為：admin@ciaoai.io，接到舉報並核實後將第一時間停止相關服務並向有關部門舉報。
CiaoAI User Agreement
When you use the CiaoAI system platform, you need to promise:
1. Comply with various national laws, regulations, policies, and applicable international treaties or conventions including but not limited to; if the subject of the transaction is digital currency, it is necessary to ensure that its business entities, business activities, and users are not located in the mainland of the People's Republic of China Otherwise, we have the right to terminate the service unconditionally and report to the relevant department!
2. Comply with all contracts, terms, announcements or other forms of agreement related to this service: CiaoAI system can only be used for liquidity assistance, market making, arbitrage, and regular trading transactions of derivatives such as US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, digital currencies, gold and precious metals , market value maintenance and other formal needs, it is a transaction auxiliary system, which only performs normal trading and repetitive operations on the transaction object, and has no direct relationship with the transaction object itself. When using the CiaoAI system, users must ensure that they will not involve market manipulation, illegal fund-raising, pyramid schemes, fraud and other non-compliant and illegal purposes, and users must ensure that they will not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the user's location.
3. Make sure that the registration information you fill in when registering and using the CiaoAI system platform is true and valid;
4. Make sure that your APIkey is bound to IP. If you do not bind IP, you will be responsible for the loss of assets! Please re-check your IP binding and be the first person in charge of your asset security;;The bot is only a third-party tool, and does not hold or own any of your assets. Therefore, CiaoAI will not be responsible for any asset security issues caused by the leakage of apikey and private keys.
5. If you do not continue to use the robot after it expires, please change or delete the APIkey and other private information as soon as possible to ensure account security. CiaoAI will not be responsible for any asset loss caused by timely changes or deletions.
6. The CiaoAI system platform shall not be used to store and disseminate any reactionary, anti-social, national security, gambling, harassing, slanderous, abusive, intimidating, vulgar Obscene or any other illegal information.
7. Do not harm minors in any form;
8. Do not attempt to use the CiaoAI system platform to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to the CiaoAI system platform;
9. Ensure the security of your uploaded and stored data, such as no viruses, Trojan horses and other harmful programs;
10. You are solely legally responsible for the devices you or your members connect to, the stored data and all operations on the CiaoAI system platform.
11. The CiaoAI system is a parameterized custom auxiliary trading system. All strategies and parameters are set by the user. CiaoAI only provides technical assistance systems and API access without intervention and does not involve the user's parameter and strategy settings. The policy of not knowing, not interfering, not disclosing.
If the CiaoAI system platform finds that you have violated the above clauses, or receives a complaint from a third party, it has the right to take corresponding measures according to the situation, including but not limited to immediately terminating the service or deleting the corresponding information (without refunding the service fee), etc. At the same time, we will report to relevant departments and actively cooperate with various investigations by relevant agencies.
The CiaoAi system adheres to legal compliance. If you find any violations in the process of using CiaoAI, you are welcome to report. The reporting email address is: admin@ciaoai.io. After receiving the report and verifying it, the relevant services will be stopped as soon as possible and the relevant departments will be notified. Reported by the department.
